So our process is simple. We visit every layout ourselves. We read the DTCP, CRDA or RERA file and check the survey numbers against it. We ask the developer what the real rate is, not the printed one. If something does not add up, the layout does not go on this website.

When you call, you get the current rate, the plots actually left, and an honest view on whether that area suits your budget and your timeline.

From your first call to registration

• You call or WhatsApp, and we send the price list and layout plan the same day.
• We fix a site visit that suits you — pick-up from Vijayawada if you need it.
• On site you see the plot, the roads, the boundaries and the approval copies.
• We hold the plot number for you while you check the documents with your own advocate.
• Booking advance, agreement, and then registration at the sub-registrar office.
• After registration we help with the mutation and the fencing contacts if you want them.
